Everything went smoothly

Richard was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had two TVs to be mounted, when we inquired we were able to have him come out the very next day. He was extremely communicative and arrived on time. Richard took extra care not to just mount our TVs, but to make sure they were to our liking. He even added some cord covers to the wall. Most importantly, the TVs feel extremely secure to the wall. I couldn’t possibly recommend Richard enough. We will absolutely work with him again.

I’ll try not to draw this out too much. But Richard did an absolutely phenomenal job! If I could give greater than 5 stars I would. And I mean that. It starts with communication. Extremely well spoken and communicated all expectations and pricing up front. Very professional communication, phenomenal customer service which is rare these days. He allowed me to use a mount I already had instead of forcing me to buy one of his, and he had replacement screws for it. Mounted my tv in what feels like record time and as you can see from the picture did a beautiful job. Here’s why I wish I could give more stars. I had a 100” TV installed earlier in the day by best by. It was crooked. Richard upon seeing it, without hesitation fixed it. I am, BEYOND happy with his professionalism, expertise, and execution. I have a few more tvs that need mounting in the future and you better believe I’m calling Richard, as anyone reading this review should as well.
